职教大发展背景下金融保险专业人才培养模式核心要素研究

摘　　要：金融科技的快速发展引发“金融+科技”跨界技能人才需求缺口,加剧复合型金融保险专业人才供需矛盾,从而引发高职金融保险专业人才培养模式的创新和改革的探讨。将人才培养目标、课程体系和师资队伍建设确定为人才培养模式的核心要素,并通过实施“以德技并举为育人目标,打造‘岗课赛证’综合育人的课程体系,系统构建兼具‘专业性+实践性’师资队伍”的人才培养模式,为高职金融保险专业复合型人才培养提供借鉴。The rapid development of fi ntech has not only left a demand gap of versatile talent equipped with fi nancial and scientifi c skills,but also aggravated the disequilibrium between the supply and demand of comprehensive talent majoring in fi nance and insurance.All these generate the discussion on innovating and reforming the cultivation mode of higher vocational talent majoring in fi nance and insurance.This paper sets core elements of cultivation mode,which are the objectives of cultivating talent,the arrangement of curriculum system and the construction of the faculty.In addition,the paper provides reference information for the cultivation of higher vocational talent majoring in finance and insurance,with both moral and technical objectives,the comprehensive requirements of position,teaching,competition and certifi cation,and a professional and pragmatic faculty in the talent cultivating mode.
