高职学生心理资本开发策略探究

摘　　要：构成大学生心理资本的要素主要包括自我效能感、乐观精神、希望感、坚韧力四个方面。在心理资本视域下开展高职学生心理健康教育,不仅可以促进个体的心理健康发展,还能帮助增强高职学生的人际交往能力,促进高职学生良好的职业发展。本文结合心理资本的四个要素,从提升高职学生的自我效能感、增强高职学生的希望感、培养高职学生的乐观精神、增强高职学生的坚韧力等角度提出高职学生心理资本开发的策略。The elements that constitute the psychological capital of college students mainly include four aspects: self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience. Carrying out the mental health education of vocational students from the perspective of psychological capital is not only conducive to promoting the development of students’ mental health, but also helping to enhance students’ interpersonal skills and promoting students’ good career development. This article combines the four elements of psychological capital, from the perspectives of enhancing the self-efficacy of vocational students, enhancing their sense of hope, cultivating their optimism, and enhancing their resilience, to propose strategies for the development of psychological capital of vocational students.
