摘 要:教学督导工作是提升学校教学管理质量的必要举措,为顺应新形势下的发展需要,创新高职院校教学督导模式势在必行。本文运用体系思维将教学督导内容分解成不同的执行内容,将方向性、科学性和以人为本作为教学督导基本原则。从队伍建设目标模糊、缺少高素质督导团队、督导内容简单等方面阐明传统教学督导模式弊端,在新形势下通过提升教学督导团队和督导水准,建立合理的教学督导评价体系和高校教学质量监控体系,以信息化技术为核心创设教学督导信息化工作系统,利用校企合作方式全方位增强学生实践能力等实现高职院校教学督导模式创新。此模式不但能充分发挥教学督导的重要作用,还能为学生今后就业与职业发展奠定坚实基础。Teaching supervision is a necessary measure to improve the quality of teaching management. In order to meet the development needs of the new situation, it is imperative to innovate the teaching supervision mode in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, the content of teaching supervision is decomposed into different executive contents by system thinking, and the basic principles of teaching supervision are orientation, scientificity and people-oriented. This paper expounds the defects of traditional teaching supervision mode from the aspects of vague team building goal, lack of high-quality supervision team, simple supervision content, etc. under the new situation, through improving the teaching supervision team and supervision level, establishing a reasonable teaching supervision evaluation system and university teaching quality monitoring system, creating the teaching supervision information work system with the information technology as the core, and using the cooperation between school and enterprise. In order to realize the innovation of teaching supervision mode in higher vocational colleges, we should enhance students’ practical ability in all aspects. This mode can not only give full play to the important role of teaching supervision, but also lay a solid foundation for students’ future employment and career development.
