摘 要:针对目前预防航空器跑道侵入的相关系统因缺少管制意图信息不能及时预防跑道侵入事件的问题,提出了一种基于空管语音识别的跑道侵入风险预警方法,基于空管陆空通话语音识别出的结构化的管制意图指令,结合高级场面活动引导与控制系统的监视、飞行计划数据,对跑道侵入风险进行逻辑判断计算,提前向管制员发出预警提示,使管制员及时发现和纠正错误,最大限度地提前预防因管制员、飞行员“错、忘、漏”而发生跑道侵入事件,为塔台管制单位提供防控跑道侵入事件风险提供更及时、智能、全面的技防安全堡垒。Aiming at the problem that the current systems for preventing aircraft runway incursions cannot prevent runway incursions in time due to lack of control intent information,this research proposed a method of predicted alerts for runway incursion risks based on air traffic control voice recognition.This method is based on the structured control intent instruction recognized from the air traffic control voice in ground air calls,combing with the monitoring of A SMGCS and flight plan data,thus the risk of runway incursions is logically judged and calculated.Then predicted alert prompts are issued to controllers in advance,so that the controllers can detect and correct errors in time and maximize the early prevention of runway incursions due to"mistakes or omissions"of controllers and pilots.This method provides tower control units with a more timely,intelligent and comprehensive technical security fortress to prevent and control runway incursions.
