摘　　要：建立以第三方物流企业为主导的公司型基金会机构,分析公司型基金会机构建立过程中面临的外部环境、内部环境等,得出建立公司型基金会机构对于解决供应链上各企业物流金融问题的必要性。结论:建立公司型基金会机构能够实现供应链企业之间的信息交流与共享,能够解决供应链各企业的物流金融问题,实现企业内部或企业间的协调配合,满足用户实时高效的资金需求。This paper analyzes ways of establishing corporate foundation by a third-party logistics enterprise,analyzes the external environment,internal environment,in the process of establishment,and discusses the necessity of establishing logistics finance under the situation of corporation fund.The results show that the establishment of corporate foundations can achieve information sharing and exchange between enterprises,solve the problem of breaking the whole supply chain,to achieve internal or inter-enterprise coordination and linkage,and meet the real-time and efficient needs of users.
