摘 要:研究了某型电机分段式转子铁心导条楔紧要求,采用刚度增强系统增加分段式铁心的整体刚度,保证分段铁心两侧冲片不出现散片和变形等不良问题,从而使导条楔紧深度及范围符合要求。运用轴向推力工装对导条进行推力试验,评估导条楔紧质量。利用DEF O R M-3D有限元软件对导条楔紧过程进行数值模拟,分析导条和铁心的受力和变形情况。试验和仿真结果表明,运用刚度增强系统进行导条楔紧作业,在要求的推力作用下,导条与铁心未发生位移,分段铁心未发生散片等不良情况,导条楔紧效果满足使用要求。Requirements on wedging of segmented rotor core bar of the motor are studied.The stiffness enhancement system is applied to increase the overall stiffness of the segmented core,to protect the two sides sheets of the segmented core from fragmentation and deformation,making the depth and range of the rotor bar wedging meet with the requirements.In order to evaluate the quality of the rotor bar wedging,the rotor bar thrust test is carried out by using axial thrust tools.Numerical simulation of the forming process of rotor bar wedging is performed by means of the DEFORM-3 D software,and the stress and deformation of rotor bar and iron core are analyzed.The test and simulation results show that displacement between rotor bar and iron core&fragmentation of segmented core are no longer occurred under the requested thrust condition after applying the stiffening system.The wedging effect of the rotor bar meets the requirements.
