儿童腰椎管内神经鞘瘤误诊髋关节滑膜炎一例

摘　　要：椎管内肿瘤是一种原发于脊柱椎管内的中枢神经系统肿瘤,因其常起病隐匿,早期缺乏明显的临床症状,所以常延误诊断或者误诊为腰椎间盘突出、脊髓变性等。笔者报告1例儿童患者腰椎管内神经鞘瘤误诊为髋关节滑膜炎的诊疗经过,并进行相应的临床及相关分析,报告如下。病例资料一、一般资料患儿,男,11岁,以右髋部疼痛伴活动受限1个月余就诊。Objective To analyze the misdiagnosis of neurilemmoma in lumbar canal as hip synovitis.Methods General data and imaging data of the patient were collected and analyzed.Results Surgery was performed after definite diagnosis of lumbar canal neurilemmoma,and postoperative symptoms improved significantly with satisfactory results.Conclusions Neurilemmoma in lumbar canal is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed in the early stage.Detailed and careful examination is recommended.
