甘麦大枣汤、认知行为疗法联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察甘麦大枣汤、认知行为疗法联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:选取120例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组给予利培酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予甘麦大枣汤和认知行为疗法进行治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后Krawiecka症状量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分,统计不良反应发生率。结果:研究组总有效率为88.33%,高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组Krawiecka症状量表评分、SDSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组Krawiecka症状量表评分较治疗前降低,且研究组Krawiecka症状量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SDSS评分低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为20.00%,低于对照组35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘麦大枣汤、认知行为疗法联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症能够有效提升患者临床疗效,促进患者精神状态和社会功能恢复,减少不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of Ganmai Dazao tang and cognitive behavioral therapy combined with risperidone on schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with schizophrenia were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the study group was additionally treated with Ganmai Dazao tang and cognitive behavioral therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Scores of Krawiecka Symptom Scale and Social Dysfunction Rating Scale(SDRS)before and after treatment as well as clinical effects were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results:The total effective rate was88.33%in the study group,higher than that of 75.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of Krawiecka Symptom Scale and SDSS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of Krawiecka Symptom Scale in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);scores of SDSS in the study group was lower than that before treatment and that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%in the study group,lower than that of35.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ganmai Dazao tang and cognitive behavioral therapy combined with risperidone can effectively improve the clinical effect on patients with schizophrenia,promote the recovery of their mental status and social function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
