间歇性外斜视手术治疗对患儿双眼视功能重建的影响

摘　　要：目的比较间歇性外斜视手术前后患儿双眼视功能情况。方法选取2019年10月-2020年10月在我院诊治的间歇性外斜视患儿80例为研究对象,均进行手术治疗,比较患儿手术前后正位率、欠矫率、过矫率、双眼视功能,以及斜视度差、立体视锐度差、融合功能差。结果患儿正位率高于手术前,欠矫率及过矫率低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿双眼视功能同时视(Ⅰ级)比例高于术前,近立体视、融合(Ⅱ级)、远立体视(Ⅲ级)比例均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后斜视度差、立体视锐度差、融合功能差均小于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后中央、周边融合率均高于术前(P<0.05)。结论对间歇性外斜视患儿进行手术治疗可提高患儿正位率,明显改善患儿双眼视功能、正位维持,具有良好的临床应用效果。Objective To compare the binocular vision function of children with intermittent exotropia before and after surgery.Methods A total of 80 children with intermittent exotropia who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent surgical treatment.The correction rate,undercorrection rate,overcorrection rate,binocular vision function,strabismus degree difference,stereoacuity difference and fusion function before and after operation were compared.Results The correct rate was higher than that before operation,the undercorrection rate and overcorrection rate were lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of simultaneous binocular vision(grade Ⅰ)was higher than that before operation,and the proportions of near stereopsis,fusion(grade Ⅱ)and far stereopsis(grade Ⅲ)were lower than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative strabismus degree difference,stereopsis acuity difference and fusion function difference were all smaller than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The central and peripheral fusion rates after operation were higher than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment can improve the orthosis rate of children with intermittent exotropia,significantly improve binocular vision function and orthosis maintenance,and has good clinical application effect.
