摘 要:研究煤矿井下防爆铅酸蓄电池铰接车辆的先进驱动方式,包括集中式驱动、双电机双桥驱动、分布式驱动技术。分别对各驱动方式特点进行分析,针对不同类型的驱动方式以代表车型举例进行了介绍,并对各种驱动方式的优缺点进行了比较。综合比较,采用分布式驱动使电动车辆整车布置更加灵活,传动效率更高,且适用范围广,分布式驱动方式是煤矿用纯电动铰接车辆驱动控制系统的研发方向。The advanced driving methods of articulated vehicles for explosion-proof lead-acid batteries in underground coal mines includes single-motor centralized driving system,dual-motor double-axle driving system and distributed driving technology. The characteristics of each driving system are analyzed,and the representative vehicles are introduced for different driving systems, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three driving systems are described. According to the comprehensive comparison,distributed driving is the future trend for drive control system of coal mining electric articulated vehicles which is more flexible for the overall arrangement of the vehicle,higher in transmission efficiency,and applicable in wider range of field.
