摘　　要：目的:探索结直肠癌造口患者及其照顾者的抑郁和疲劳对生活质量的相互作用。方法:选取53对结直肠癌术后6个月内的肠造口患者及其照顾者,采用简明健康测量量表(SF-12)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、疲劳量表-14(FS-14)完成调查,分别以SF-12的躯体维度和心理维度为结果变量,建立二水平层级线性模型完成主客体效应分析。结果:在躯体维度上,患者及其照顾者的FS-14得分对SF-12得分仅有主体效应(P<0.05),无客体效应(P>0.05)。在心理维度上,患者及其照顾者的SDS和FS-14得分对SF-12得分均有主体效应(P<0.05),SDS得分对SF-12得分有客体效应(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者和照顾者的抑郁、疲劳在一定程度上对彼此的生活质量相互影响。Objective:To explore the interactions of depression and fatigue to quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer and their caregivers.Methods:Fifty-three patients with colorectal cancer who underwent enterostomy within 6 months and their caregivers were selected.They were assessed with the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Fatigue Scale(FS-14)and 12-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-12).The two-level hierarchical linear models were established to complete the analysis of actor effects and partner effects with the physical and mental component summaries of SF-12 as the outcome variables respectively.Results:The FS-14 scores in patients and their caregivers had only actor effects on SF-12 scores on physical component summary(P<0.05),but no partner effects(P>0.05).On mental component summary,the SDS and FS-14 scores in both patients and caregivers had actor effects on SF-12 scores(P<0.05),and the SDS scores had partner effects on SF-12 scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that depression and fatigue in patients with colorectal cancer and their caregivers could affect each other’s quality of life to some extent.
