摘 要:结合生命周期评价和蒙特卡洛不确定性理论,考虑设计和随机2类参数变化,定量化乳品超高温瞬时杀菌换热器生命周期的环境影响。结果表明,换热管直径增加导致总环境影响变大,环境影响不确定性也变大。管长和管板利用率增大导致总环境影响变小,环境影响不确定性也变小。以上3个因素变化引起换热器筒体公称直径选择不连续性,概率密度函数呈现多峰和交错现象。研究结果为实现绿色低碳的乳品杀菌换热器提供理论依据和设计指导。Life cycle assessment and Monte-Carlo uncertainty theory are combined together to quantify the environmental impact of UHT instantaneous sterilization heat exchanger in its life cycle by considering design and random parameters.The results show that the increase of the diameter of the heat exchange tube led to the increase of the environmental impact and the uncertainty of the environmental impact.The increase of both tube length and tube sheet utilization results in the decrease of total environmental impact and the uncertainty of environmental impact.These three factors led to the discontinuity of the selection of the nominal diameter of the heat exchanger cylinder,and the probability density function presented a multi-peak and staggering phenomena.The results provide theoretical basis and design guidance for the realization of green and low-carbon dairy sterilization heat exchangers.
