摘 要:针对现有载人飞行器上航天食品加热器加热效率低、加热时间长、资源消耗多的问题,提出利用石墨烯的高导热性能,以其作为热源,开展对航天食品加热效果试验研究。搭建以石墨烯材料为热源的加热装置,对不同种类航天食品进行加热试验,对石墨烯材料的热稳定性、升温速度、航天食品加热时间、加热均匀性等进行测试。试验结果表明,石墨烯作为热源具有良好的热稳定性、升温速度快,能够实现航天食品的快速、均匀加热。可利用石墨烯材料作为热源设计食品加热器,实现航天食品的高效快速加热。In order to solve the problems of low heating efficiency,long heating time and high resource consumption of aerospace food heating device on manned aircraft,it was proposed to utilize the high thermal conductivity of graphene as heat source to experimentally study the heating effect of aerospace food.A heating device with graphene as heat source was built to heat different kinds of aerospace food.The thermal stability,heating rate,heating time and heating uniformity of graphene were tested.The test result shows that graphene has good thermal stability and fast heating speed as heat source,and can realize high-speed and uniform heating of aerospace food.Graphene material can be used as heat source to design food heater and realize high-efficiency and quick heating of aerospace food.
