摘 要:目的分析胰腺癌组织细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、富亮氨酸α2糖蛋白1(LRG1)、三结构域蛋白14(TRIM14)表达及临床意义。方法收集2016年3月—2018年3月收治的86例胰腺癌作为研究对象,均通过手术获取癌组织及对应癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法测定胰腺癌组织及癌旁组织ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14表达情况。分析不同临床病理特征胰腺癌患者ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14表达情况,采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析不同ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14表达胰腺癌患者的生存率,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响胰腺癌患者预后死亡的相关因素。结果胰腺癌组织ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14高表达率均高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、肿瘤最大径>2 cm、中低分化、有神经浸润、有淋巴结转移的胰腺癌患者ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14高表达率分别高于TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、肿瘤最大径≤2 cm、高分化、无神经浸润、无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14低表达胰腺癌患者3年生存率分别高于ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14高表达患者(P<0.05)。ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14高表达是胰腺癌患者预后死亡的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。结论胰腺癌组织ICAM-1、LRG1、TRIM14表达与患者的临床病理特征及预后密切相关,可作为预后评估指标。Objective To analyze expressions and clinical significances of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),leucine-rich-alpha-2-glycoprotein1(LRG1)and tripartite motif-containing 14(TRIM14)in pancreatic cancer tissues.Methods A total of 86 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted between March 2016 and March 2018 were enrolled as research subjects.All the cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues were obtained by surgery to detect expression of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 in pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent tissues by using immunohistochemistry.Expressions of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 in pancreatic cancer patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.Survival rates of pancreatic cancer patients with different expressions of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 were analyzed by using Kaplan-Meier survival curve,and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze related factors affecting prognoses of patients with pancreatic cancer.Results The high expression rates of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 in pancreatic cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).The high expression rates of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 in patients with TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,maximum tumor diameter larger than 2 cm,moderately and poorly differentiated,infiltrating nerves and lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients with TNM stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,maximum tumor diameter equal or less than 2 cm,well differentiated,no nerve infiltration and no lymph node metastasis respectively(P<0.05,P<0.01).The 3-year survival rates in patients with low expressions of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 were significantly higher than those in patients with high expressions of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 respectively(P<0.05).High expressions of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 were independent risk factors for the death of patients with pancreatic cancer(P<0.01).Conclusion Expressions of ICAM-1,LRG1 and TRIM14 in pancreatic cancer tissues is closely related to their clinicopathological characteristics and prognoses,
