纵隔型肺癌CT及MRI表现的诊断效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振成像技术(MRI)和计算机断层成像技术(CT)的运用在纵隔型肺癌患者中的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月-2021年4月收治的疑似纵隔型肺癌患者136例为研究对象,均行MRI和CT检查,并且将病理检查结果作为金标准,对两种检查方法的诊断准确率进行比较分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成检查,与单一检查相比,MRI联合CT对鳞癌、小细胞癌以及腺癌的诊断准确率较高,比较差异明显(P<0.05);MRI联合CT对左肺下叶、右肺下叶、左肺上叶以及右肺上叶的诊断准确率高于单一检查(P<0.05);MRI对病理类型、发病部位的诊断准确率高于CT检查(P<0.05);同时,MRI的特异度和敏感度分别为76.19%、83.48%;CT检查为52.38%、68.70%;而MRI联合CT则为95.24%、97.39%。结论在纵隔型肺癌的临床诊断中,与CT检查相比,MRI的准确率较高,但是两者联合运用,能够减少漏诊或误诊,从而提高诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MRI and CT examination in patients with mediastinal lung cancer. Methods 136 patients with suspected mediastinal lung cancer in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021, examined MRI and CT, and took pathological results as the gold standard, and analyzed the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods. Results All patients completed the successfully, Compared to a single examination, MRI and CT have high diagnostic accuracy of squamous, small cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, Significant comparative differences(P<0.05);MRI and CT achieved higher diagnostic accuracy of left lower lobe, right lower lobe, left upper lobe and right upper lobe than a single examination(P<0.05);MRI diagnostic accuracy of pathological type and onset site is higher than that of CT examination(P<0.05);Meanwhile, the same The specificity and sensitivity of MRI are 76.19% and 83.48%, respectively;The CT inspection is 52.38%, 68.70%;The MRI joint CT is 95.24% and 97.39%. Conclusions In the clinical diagnosis of mediastinal lung cancer, MRI is more accurate compared with CT examination, but the combined application can reduce missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis, and thus improve the diagnosis accuracy.
