摘 要:目的:对世界跳绳大师杜婷婷的单摇跳技术的运动学参数进行分析,探究影响单摇跳成绩的主要因素,为我国女子高水平速度跳绳运动员的训练提供参考。方法:以女子30s单摇跳世界纪录保持者杜婷婷为研究对象,运用美国ARIEL公司的APAS三维运动技术解析系统,记录受试者4种不同单摇跳速率下的肘关节、踝关节、膝关节屈伸时的角度和角速度等运动学参数。结果:杜婷婷两手摇绳呈不均衡的特点,右手摇绳幅度明显大于左手;当速率在360~400BPM范围时,随着速率的增加手腕摇绳速度增加,肘关节角速度减小,抬腿高度降低,踝关节变化角度增加;当速率在400~420BPM范围时,随着速率的增加手腕摇绳速度减小,肘关节角速度增加,抬腿高度升高,踝关节变化角度减小。结论:杜婷婷跳绳的速率在360~400BPM和400~420BPM两个区间的数据变化规律呈相反趋势,这可能是由于主要发力的肌肉不足以支持达到更快的速率,同时其他肌肉进行代偿造成的。因此,平衡两手摇绳幅度,增强踝关节、腕关节力量是杜婷婷提高运动成绩的关键。Objective:To explore the main factors affecting the performance of single swing jump,and to provide reference for the training of Chinese women high-level speed rope jumpers.Methods:Taking Du Tingting,the woman who holds the 30s single swing world record,as the object of study,by using the APAS THREE DIMENSIONAL motion technology analysis system of the American Arielcompany,the kinematic parameters of elbow joint,ankle joint and knee joint flexion and extension angle and angular velocity were recorded under 4 different single swing and jump rates,and the kinematic parameters of Du Tingting’s single swing and jump technique were analyzed.Results:Du Tingting’s two hand ropes were unbalanced,and the amplitude of the right hand was obviously larger than that of the left hand.When the speed is in the range of 360~400BPM,with the increase of the speed,the wrist swing speed increases,the elbow angular speed decreases,the leg lift height decreases,and the ankle angle increases;When the rate is in the range of 400~420BPM,with the increase of the rate,the wrist swing speed decreases,the elbow angular speed increases,the leg lift height increases,and the ankle angle decreases.Conclusion:The data change pattern of Du Tingting’s skipping rope in the interval of 360~400BPM and 400~420BPM shows an opposite trend,which may be caused by the fact that the main generating muscles are not enough to support the faster speed,and other muscles will compensate.Therefore,balancing the amplitude of the two hand swing ropes and enhancing the strength of ankle and wrist joints may be the key for Du Tingting to improve her sports performance.
