视觉训练系统在高校高水平运动员心理训练中的应用研究——以北京航空航天大学排球运动员为例

摘　　要：早期心理准备状态对竞技比赛结果起着关键性的作用,为了全面检验Supreme Vision视觉训练系统三项模块(瞬间视觉——记忆、瞬间视觉——数字和全景视觉——固视)在心理训练中的应用及实践效果,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验比较法和数理统计法,运用PASW Statistics 17.0软件对数据进行统计处理与分析(主要采用皮尔逊积差相关、非参数检验和重复测量方法),以18名北京航空航天大学高水平排球运动员为研究对象,引入Supreme Vision视觉训练系统展开为期三个月的有针对性的、系统的心理训练,目的在于检验Supreme Vision视觉训练系统在运动中的应用效果,其不仅可以应用于运动员的训练、比赛,也能够提供比较客观的量化指标作为心理测评工具。The early state of psychological preparation plays a key role in the result of competitive competition.In order to comprehensively examine the application and practical effects of the three modules of Supreme Vision visual training system(instant vision-memory, instant vision-number and panoramic vision-fixation) in psychological training, this paper introduces Supreme Vision visual training system into 18 high-level volleyball players from Beihang University to conduct targeted and systematic psychological training for three monthsby using the methods of literature, questionnaire, experimental comparison and mathematical statistics, and gets the results that Supreme Vision visual training system can not only be applied to athletes’ training and competition,but also provide objective quantitative indicators as a psychological evaluation tool.
