摘  要:三江源生态移民家长教育参与过程受主客观多重因素的影响。基于生境理论从生态移民家长的教育参与意识、参与能力与参与行为三个维度的现实困境进行分析。通过对该地的调查研究发现,生计方式、文化不适及知识和价值观的断层是导致当前生态移民家长教育参与意愿淡泊、参与能力不足与参与行为被动的主要原因。为此,应充分发挥网络媒介平台作用,加强生态移民家长教育参与意识;遵循“他者性”的教育理论,弥补生态移民家长教育参与能力;完善政策制定和法律规范,规范生态移民家长教育参与行为。以破解三江源生态移民家长教育参与的困境,为促进三江源生态移民教育发展提供理论和实践的借鉴和参照。The educational participation process of the parents of eco-migrants in Sanjiangyuan region is affected by subjective and objective factors.Based on the habitat theory,this paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of the parents of eco-migrants from the three dimensions of educational participation awareness,participation ability and participation behavior.Through the investigation and study in this area,it is found that the livelihood,cultural discomfort and the insufficiency of knowledge and values are the main causes for the lack of willingness,insufficient ability and improper behavior of the parents of eco-migrants to participate in education.In view of this situation,we should give full play to the role of the network media platform and enhance the awareness of the parental education participation of eco-migrants,follow the educational theory of“otherness”to enhance the educational participation ability of the parents of eco-migrants,improve the policy formulation and legal norms,and regulate the behavior of the parents'education participation,which will help solve the dilemma of the education participation of the parents of eco-migrants in Sanjiangyuan region and provide some theoretical and practical reference for promoting the development of ecological migration-related education in Sanjiangyuan region.
