摘　　要：高技能人才的需求随着我国经济产业的快速发展而愈发旺盛。高职教育中的实训基地是培养高技能人才的重要场所。但是目前实训基地普遍存在着建设经费不足、建设主体单一、师资力量不足等问题。通过建立“政行企校”联合体,校企软硬件的深度合作和人才交流互通等方式提高实训基地建设层次,实现实训基地的共建共享共育共赢,提高人才培养质量。With the rapid development of China's economy and industry,the demand for high skilled talents has become more and more vigorous.The training base in higher vocational education is an important place to culti-vate high skilled talents.But at present,there are many problems in the training base,such as shortage of construc-tion funds,single construction subject and shortage of teachers.Through the establishment of"government,in-dustry,enterprise and school"consortium,in-depth cooperation of school-enterprise software and hardware,and personnel exchange,the construction level of training base can be improved,and the construction,sharing,mutual education and win-win situation of training base can be realized,and the quality of talent training can be improved.
