摘　　要：借鉴协同理论,将党建与工会工作融合发展,有助于推进党对高校全面的领导,有助于推进民主治校、依法治校,有助于构建高校和谐稳定的发展大局。高校应深刻认识到两者相互融合的现实基础,高度重视两者相互融合的实践意义,积极探索两者相互融合的创新实践。Learning from synergy theory,integrating labor union construction into Party building is helpful to pro-mote the Party's overall leadership over colleges and universities,to improve democratic management and law based management,and to build a harmonious and stable development of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should deeply realize the realistic basis of the mutual integration,attach great importance to the practi-cal significance of the mutual integration,explore the innovative practice of mutual integration of the two actively.
