摘 要:为了探明套袋对设施冬促早栽培模式下葡萄果实品质的影响,以设施内‘贝达’砧‘87-1’葡萄为试材,设置套红纸袋、绿纸袋、蓝纸袋和白纸袋4个处理,以不套袋为对照,分别采集成熟期果实,进行粒质量、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、花青素和香气组分含量的测定。结果表明,套袋处理对果实粒质量和可滴定酸没有显著性影响,但对可溶性固形物、花青素和香气品质具有显著性影响,其中红袋和绿袋的负效应较大,白袋和蓝袋的负效应较小。建议冬促早栽培模式下葡萄套袋选择白纸袋为宜。In order to explore the influence of bagging on the quality of grapes cultivated in winter under protected cultivation,'87-1'grapevine grafted on'Beta'was used as the test material,bagged with red,green,blue and white fruit paper bags in 14 days after fruit set,respectively,and no bagging as control.The berries were sampled at full mature stage,and berry weight,soluble solids,titratable acid,anthocyanin and aroma components were determined.The results for two consecutive years showed that bagging treatment had no significant effect on berry weight and titratable acid,but had significant effects on the soluble solid,anthocyanin and aroma quality.Red bags and green bags have greater negative effects,while white bags and blue bags have less negative effects.It is recommended that white paper bags should be selected for grape bagging when cultivating grapes in winter under protected cultivation.
