摘  要:通过定容燃烧弹,采用高速摄像技术研究了不同环境压力、燃油温度以及喷射脉宽对音圈电机(VCM)喷油器宏观喷雾特性的影响.结果表明:在低环境压力条件下,喷雾形态呈标准的空心锥状,液膜表面可见清晰的沿流向分布的流线结构.在高环境压力条件下,喷雾主体受到较强挤压,喷雾主体周围产生明显的大尺度对称漩涡(CRV)结构.当燃油温度从30℃升至70℃时,喷雾的形态以及宏观特性未发生较明显变化.提高音圈电机的驱动电压后,喷雾的破碎长度明显减小.当喷射脉宽小于2.0 ms时,喷雾末端发生明显的坍塌.当喷雾脉宽大于3.0 ms时,喷雾的发展过程和最终形态不再发生明显改变.Effects of ambient pressure,fuel temperature and injection duration on the macro spray characteristics of a voice coil motor(VCM)injector were experimentally studied using high-speed backlit imaging technology in a constant volume combustion vessel.The results show that,spray morphology exhibits a standard hollow cone shape with clear jet-string structure distributed downstream of the spray surface under sub-atmospheric conditions.Under high ambient pressure,spray mainstream is strongly squeezed and a large-scale counter-rotating vor-tex(CRV)is generated on the periphery of spray mainstream.When the fuel temperature increases from 30℃to 70℃,the spray morphology and macro characteristics show no significant change.Increasing of voice coil motor injector driving voltage substantially reduces spray breakup length.When the injection duration is less than 2.0 ms,noticeable collapse occurs downstream of spray.When the injection duration is larger than 3.0ms,spray process and ultimate stable shape of the spray no longer change significantly.
