摘  要:气体冲击产生的冲击能和冲击频率在不同的条件下会产生不同的工作效果,合理匹配冲击频率及相关影响因素,会生成不同的尖峰脉冲。此类尖峰脉冲会产生相较普通冲击更大的冲击能量,可以用于治疗深静脉血栓等疾病。因此,提出一种基于尖峰脉冲的气体冲击系统。该系统主要通过间歇式充放气过程中瞬时释放气体所形成的气体冲击产生的尖峰脉冲作用于患者的不同部位,以击碎细小血栓达到预防治疗的目的。通过分析系统的工作原理及尖峰脉冲的产生过程,建立气体冲击数学模型;对气体冲击产生的压力分布曲线进行仿真计算,分析不同相关参数对尖峰脉冲产生过程的影响。对气体冲击系统样机进行试验调试,通过相关软件控制界面得出实际压力曲线,并得出产生尖峰脉冲的最优试验数据。Under different conditions,the impact energy and frequency produced by gas impact will produce different working effects,reasonable matching of impact frequency and related influencing factors will generate different peak pulses.This kind of spike pulse can produce a larger impact energy than ordinary shock,and it can be used to treat deep vein thrombosis and other diseases.Therefore,a gas shock system based on spike pulse was proposed.In the system,the gas impact formed by the instantaneous release of gas in the process of intermittent inflation and deflation was mainly used to produce the peak pulse to act on different parts of patients to break the small thrombus,to achieve the purposes of prevention and treatment.By analyzing the working principle of the system and the generation process of peak pulse,the mathematical model of gas shock was established;the pressure distribution curve of gas shock was calculated through simulation,and the influences of different related parameters on the generation process of peak pulse were analyzed.The prototype of gas impact system was tested and debugged.The actual pressure curve was obtained through relevant soft⁃ware control interface,and the best experimental data for producing peak pulse were given.
