基于多元回归分析的焦炭质量预测及建模

摘  要:煤岩配煤是目前常用的指导配煤炼焦的方法之一,但仅根据煤岩指标来分析配合煤和焦炭热性质之间的关系仍有所不足。通过选取配合煤工艺性质指标——基式流动度作为分析因素,研究了煤岩指标、基式流动度和焦炭热性质之间的关系,得出了焦炭热性质的预测模型。研究发现,焦炭反应后强度与配合煤活惰比、镜质组平均最大反射率、基式流动度之间具有很好的线性正相关关系,焦炭反应性与配合煤镜质组平均最大反射率、基式流动度之间具有较好的相关性。Coal and rock blending is one of the common method to guide the coal blending coking.However,it is still insufficient to analyze the relationship between the thermal properties of blended coal and coke only based on coal and rock indexes.In this paper,coal properties index-Gieseler fluidity index are selected as another analytical factor,the relationship between coal petrography index,Gieseler fluidity index and the coke thermal properties are studied.So the prediction model of coke thermal properties is obtained.It is found that there is a good linear positive correlation between coke post-reaction strength and active-inert ratio,mean maximum reflectance of vitrinite,Gieseler fluidity index,and there is a good correlation between coke reactivity and mean maximum reflectance of vitrinite,Gieseler fluidity index of blending coal.
