小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探究分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的手术方法以及临床治疗效果。方法 96例硬核白内障患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患者采用传统白内障手术治疗,观察组患者采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术后1个月裸眼视力≥0.5情况、术后3个月角膜散光度、术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间(12.56±2.85) min短于对照组的(15.68±4.95) min,术后1个月裸眼视力≥0.5占比89.58%(43/48)高于对照组的54.17%(26/48),术后3个月角膜散光度(0.85±0.13)D低于对照组的(1.58±0.48)D,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为8.33%(4/48),低于对照组的27.08%(13/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对硬核白内障患者实施小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗临床效果显著,可以改善患者散光情况,患者视力恢复更快,术后并发症少,有较高的临床价值,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the surgical method and clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard-nucleus cataract.Methods A total of 96 patients with hard-nuclear cataract were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional cataract surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Both groups were compared in terms of operation time,uncorrected visual acuity≥0.5 at 1 month postoperatively,corneal astigmatism at 3 months postoperatively,and the complications.Results The operation time(12.56±2.85)min of the observation group was shorter than(15.68±4.95)min of the control group,the proportion of uncorrected visual acuity≥0.5 at 1 month postoperatively 89.58%(43/48)was higher than 54.17%(26/48)of the control group,and the corneal astigmatism at 3 month postoperatively(0.85±0.13)D was lower than(1.58±0.48)D of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rates in the observation group was 8.33%(4/48),which was lower than 27.08%(13/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery has remarkable clinical effect on patients with hard-nucleus cataract,which can improve the astigmatism of patients,recover their vision faster,and reduce the postoperative complications.It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application.
