不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的 分析不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效与安全性。方法 96例缺血性脑血管病患者,以随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各48例。参照组患者予以小剂量(10 mg/次)阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,研究组患者予以大剂量(40 mg/次)阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率95.83%高于参照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在缺血性脑血管病治疗中应用大剂量阿托伐他汀钙片的效果优于小剂量用药,而且大剂量用药不会增加不良反应,因此推荐在缺血性脑血管病治疗中应用大剂量阿托伐他汀钙片。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of different doses of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into the reference group and the research group according to random numerical table,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with low-dose(10 mg/time)atorvastatin calcium tablets,and patients in the research group were treated with high-dose(40 mg/time)atorvastatin calcium tablets.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose atorvastatin calcium tablets has better effect than that of low-dose administration in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and it does not increase the adverse reactions.Therefore,highdose atorvastatin calcium tablets is recommended to be used in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
