摘 要:对展览馆中的情感化交互设计进行分析,研究如何有效提升参观者在展览馆观展旅程中的认知体验,使展览馆更好地发挥教育的功能。以交互设计的情感化理念为基础,通过理论逻辑梳理以及展览馆中情感化交互设计案例分析展开研究。从场景化交互、虚拟客观事物、调动用户情感3个方面,分析了情感化交互设计的重要性,总结出了3个展览馆中情感化设计原则,提出了展览馆参观者从被动参与到主动探索并产生愉快参观体验的设计研究策略。根据人的情感需求角度设计交互体验活动,从而让展览馆达到科技和人文关怀并存。Analyze the emotional interaction design in the exhibition hall,and study how to effectively enhance the cognitive experience of visitors during the journey of the exhibition hall,so that the exhibition hall can better perform its educational function.Based on the emotional concept of interaction design,research is carried out through theoretical logic combing and case analysis of emotional interaction design in the exhibition hall.The importance of emotional interaction design is analyzed from three aspects:scene-based interaction,virtual objective objects,and user emotions,and the principles of emotional design in the three exhibition halls are summarized,and the exhibition hall visitors change from passive participation to active participation.Explore and produce a design research strategy for a pleasant visit experience.Design interactive experience activities based on people’s emotional needs,so that the exhibition hall can achieve the coexistence of technology and humanistic care.
