摘  要:为了适应国家创新发展与高等教育改革发展的需要,以及解决设计艺术类专业人才培养存在的问题,对设计艺术类学生的创新创业能力培养提出了迫切需求。组建以学生为主体的工作室,通过打造多学科交叉的创新创业团队,选派多元化的创新创业指导教师,实施“项目驱动、竞赛提升、培训研讨”的发展战略,完善工作室运行管理与激励机制,有利于切实提升学生的创新创业能力,促进其成长成才。The needs of national innovation and development and the reform and development of higher education,as well as the characteristics and training problems of design art majors themselves,put forward an urgent need to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship training of design art students.Set up a student-centered studio,build a multidisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship team,select a variety of innovation and entrepreneurship instructors,and implement the development strategy of "project-driven,competition promotion,training and discussion",to improve studio operation management and incentive mechanism,it is beneficial to effectively improve students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability,to promote their growth and success.
