摘　　要：肺癌是中国及世界范围内发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,临床上主要以手术、放化疗等西医治疗为主,但中位生存期未见明显延长。多数学者认为,中药在肺癌辅助治疗方面具有独特优势。齐墩果酸(OA)作为中药女贞子的有效成分之一,在治疗肺癌方面具有显著效果,作用机制涉及调控肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡及周期;影响肿瘤新生血管生成及免疫反应;调节肿瘤发生相关信号分子,如核转录因子(NF-κB)、信号转导转录激活因子3(STAT3)通路等。此外,在齐墩果酸原药基础上通过不同结构修饰可以获得抗肿瘤性能更优良的药物分子。因此,齐墩果酸在肺癌治疗领域可能发挥重要作用,就齐墩果酸的特征及其抑癌机制做一综述,为其临床应用提供理论参考。Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest morbidity and mortality in my country and the world.Clinically,Western medicine such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main treatments,but the median survival time has not been significantly prolonged.Most scholars believe that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in adjuvant treatment of lung cancer.Oleanolic acid(OA),as one of the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine Ligustrum lucidum,has a significant effect in the treatment of lung cancer.The mechanism of action involves regulating tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis and cycle;affecting tumor angiogenesis and immunity response;regulate tumorigenesis-related signaling molecules,such as NF-κB,STAT3 pathway,etc.In addition,based on the original oleanolic acid,drug molecules with better antitumor properties can be obtained through different structural modifications.Therefore,oleanolic acid may play an important role in the treatment of lung cancer.This paper will review the characteristics and antitumor mechanism of oleanolic acid,so as to provide theoretical reference for its clinical application.
