摘 要:针对电动汽车充电桩位置分布广、接入点多的特点与传统充电桩联网方式过于单一,从而造成的数据采集难、运营管理不便的问题,该文研究并设计了基于NB-IoT的电动汽车充电桩控制系统。使用STM32单片机作为充电桩主控芯片,控制充电运行流程与充电桩各运行参数的检测,以NB模块为充电桩联网的核心部件将充电过程中充电桩的状态信息传输到服务器,在阿里云平台显示,实现对充电桩后台监管与运营维护,并推送数据到手机终端,为用户提供便捷的充电服务。通过系统测试,充电桩控制系统能实现完整的充电流程,并实时对充电状态进行监管,运行稳定,验证了系统的有效性。Aiming at the problems of difficult data acquisition and inconvenient operation and management caused by the wide distribution of electric vehicle charging piles and many access points,the control system of electric vehicle charging piles based on NB-Io T is studied and designed.The STM32 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip of the charging pile to control the charging operation process and the detection of the operating parameters of the charging pile.The NB module is used as the core component of the charging pile networking to transmit the status information of the charging pile to the server during the charging process,display it on the Alibaba cloud platform,realize the background supervision,operation and maintenance of the charging pile,and push the data to the mobile terminal,provide users with convenient charging services.Through the system test,the charging pile control system can realize the complete charging process,supervise the charging state in real time,run stably,and verify the effectiveness of the system.
