摘 要:为解决实木企业小批量多品种的订单需求和批量化生产之间的矛盾,对S企业的柜类家具进行了调研分析。基于调研结果,分析了实木柜类产品的结构和生产现状,提出运用成组技术的相似性原理和数字化技术对零件进行尺寸、榫卯、线型三个方面的标准化处理,最后应用编码技术建立零部件标准化库。通过对相似尺寸零件优化归组,方料的断面尺寸从原来的38种压缩到了17种;确定了榫卯的数字化改良原则和线型标准化条件;利用编码模拟输出了零部件库中的零件信息卡片及模型。本研究介绍的零件标准化方法可以实现一定程度的柔性化生产、提高加工效率,为实木家具企业快速响应市场需求创造条件。Objective In order to solve the contradiction between small-batch and multi-variety order demand and mass-batch production of solid wood enterprises,the cabinet furniture of investigation and analysis of S enterprises were conducted.Method Based on the research results,the structure and production status of solid wood cabinet products are analyzed,proposed to use the similarity principle of grouping technology and digital technology to standardize the product parts in three aspects of size,mortise and tenon and line,and finally applied the coding technology to establish the parts standard library.Result By optimizing the grouping of similar size parts,the cross-sectional size of square material is compressed from 38 to 17;the digital improvement principle of mortise and tenon and the standardization condition of line shape are determined;the part information cards and models in the parts library are outputted by smooth simulation using coding.Conclusion The part standardization method introduced in this study can realize a certain degree of flexible production,improve processing efficiency,and create conditions for solid wood furniture enterprises to quickly respond to market demand.
