摘　　要：根据客户反馈,厨房吊柜在使用过程中会出现意外掉落现象,针对此问题,通过设计对比试验及模拟极限环境测试,探究不同因素对厨房吊柜的安装结构强度的影响。实验表明吊柜本身的结构形式、吊柜的组装方式、吊柜柜体材料选择、吊码型号品牌、承载重量、环境湿度等这些因素都会对厨柜吊柜的安装结构强度带来一定的影响,厨柜企业可通过设计合理的工艺结构,选择合适的材质、优质吊码、以及最佳的安装方式等方法确保吊柜的整体结构强度,避免安全隐患。According to customer feedback,the kitchen wall cabinet might accidentally fall off while using.In order to solve this problem,the comparative test and simulated limit environment test are designed to explore the influence of different factors on the installation structural intensity of kitchen wall cabinet.The experimental results show that many factors will have certain influence on the installation structural intensity of the wall cabinet,such as the structural form of cabinet,the assembly method,the material selection,the model and brand of the hanging code,the bearing weight and the environmental humidity.The kitchen cabinet enterprises can ensure the security of the wall cabinet by designing a reasonable technological structure,selecting appropriate materials and high-quality hanging code and the best installation method.
