苯氧乙酸类除草剂引起的疑似食物中毒事故的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查安康市汉滨区一农户家里发生的一起因除草剂引起的疑似食物中毒事故,明确整个事件发生的原因过程,总结该类事故的调查处置经验。方法开展现场调查和流行病学调查分析并采集所有有可能的样品进行筛查,综合判断引起本起事故的原因。结果调查发现5例患者均为一家人,午饭后陆续出现恶心、呕吐、腹泻、头昏、乏力等症状。在采取回来的炒野菜及新鲜采集的野菜中均检出除草剂(主要成分为2甲4氯异辛酯)。结论通过现场调查、实验室检测和患者临床表现综合考虑本起事故是由误食喷有除草剂的野菜引起的食物中毒事故,该种除草剂的主要成分为2甲4氯异辛酯,属于苯氧乙酸类除草剂。这也警示相关部门要加强除草剂使用的规范管理,加大食品安全宣传教育与监管,避免类似事件发生。Objective To investigate a suspected food poisoning accident caused by herbicide in a farmer’s home in Hanbin District of Ankang City,to clarify the cause and process of the whole incident,and to summarize the investigation and disposal experience of this kind of incident.Methods Field investigation and epidemiological investigation were carried out,and all possible samples were collected for screening to comprehensively determine the cause of the accident.Results The five patients were all family members.After lunch,they developed nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,dizziness,fatigue and other symptoms.Herbicides(mainly composed of 2-methyl-4-chloro-2-ethylhexyl)were detected in the stir fried wild vegetables and fresh wild vegetables.Conclusion Based on the field investigation,laboratory test and clinical manifestations of the patients,the accident is a food poisoning accident caused by eating wild vegetables sprayed with herbicide.The main component of the herbicide is 2-methyl-4-chloroisooctyl ester,which belongs to phenoxyacetic acid herbicide.This also reminds us that the relevant departments should strengthen the standardized management of herbicide use,increase food safety education and supervision,to avoid similar incidents.
