摘 要:从运动范围、阻尼特征等方面比较一种用于抗阻训练阻力源的新型摆动液压阻尼器与传统直筒液压阻尼器的性能差异,为抗阻力量训练器创新设计提供应用基础参考。以膝关节屈伸训练器为例,通过模型构建、数理推导和仿真验证,对两种阻尼输出特性进行分析,结果显示:直筒液压阻尼器通过连杆提供的摆臂转动极限角度为116.6°,远小于摆动液压阻尼器可达270°的直接转动范围。摆动液压阻尼器能提供充分的阻力矩,而直筒液压阻尼器连接摆臂时存在明显的角度效应。某种相同运动条件下,摆动液压阻尼器做功为直筒液压阻尼器无杆腔侧的1.48倍,为有杆腔侧的2.09倍。研究表明:摆动液压阻尼器转动范围大、结构紧凑、可靠性高,在抗阻力量训练器中应用比直筒液压阻尼器更具优势,且对抗阻力量训练器的创新设计具有重要意义。The performance differences between oscillating hydraulic damper that used as resistance source of strength training and traditionally straight cylinder hydraulic damper were compared from the aspect of range of motion(ROM)and resistant characteristics.This could provide basic application references for innovative design in resistance training equipment.Taking the knee flexion and extension trainer for example,the two resistant output features were analyzed through model construction,mathematical derivation and simulation verification.The results showed that the rotation limit angle of the straight cylinder hydraulic damper was 116.6°,much less than 270°of oscillating hydraulic damper.The oscillating hydraulic damper could offer sufficient resistance torque.The straight cylinder hydraulic damper existed significant angular effect while connected to the swing arm.The oscillating hydraulic damper output power 1.48 times larger than cavity and 2.09 times larger than rod cavity of the straight cylinder hydraulic damper.The study showed that the oscillating hydraulic damper had wider ROM,compact structure and high reliability.The oscillating hydraulic damper had advantages compared with the straight cylinder hydraulic damper in the application of resistance strength training.It indicated an important significance in the innovative design of resistance training equipment.
