摘　　要：由于左右侧结肠胚胎学来源不同,因此其预后是否不同引起了关注。关于左右侧结肠癌预后的研究发现整体上右侧结肠癌的预后较差,但不同分期的情况并不一致。左右侧Ⅰ期结肠癌的预后差异并无统计学意义;在Ⅳ期结肠癌患者中,右侧预后较差;而对Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期结肠癌患者预后的研究则尚无统一定论。明确不同分期两侧结肠癌预后的差异有助于疾病的治疗及对预后的评估。Due to the different embryological origin of left and right colon cancer,whether the prognosis is different has attracted attention.In studies of the prognosis of left and right colon cancer,the prognosis of right colon cancer is poor overall,but not always in different stages.There is no difference in stageⅠ;right colon cancer prognosis is poor in stageⅣ;however,studies have no consensus in stagesⅡandⅢ.Clarifying the difference of prognosis between bilateral colon cancer is helpful to treat the disease and to predict prognosis.
