组织育人视角下大学生社团功能与机制创新

摘　　要：大学生社团作为高校关键团体,是组织育人工作机制发挥思政教育功能的关键途径。具有拓展教育载体、营造校园文化等功能价值。但在具体运行过程中高校大学社团面临着诸多的问题,为充分发挥大学生社团组织育人功能,文章通过加强对社团的指导与管理,完善社团内部建设、发挥教师指导功能,打造社团特色活动、建设优良的社团文化,创新活动形式、健全社团组织机制,合理分配社团任务、充分发挥网络资源的辅助性作用以及加强思政育人意识,结合党团组织共同发展等方式,实现大学生社团功能与机制的创新。College student associations are a key way to organize and educate students and exert the function of ideological and political education. From the perspective of organization and education, college student associations have functional values such as expanding educational carriers and creating campus culture. However, in the specific operation process, universities still face lots of problems. In order to give full play to the education function of college student associations, universities could achieve mechanism innovation by strengthening management, creating characteristic activities, rationally assigning practical tasks, and combining the common development of party and league organizations.
