摘　　要：高校党务工作队伍是新时代高校事业内涵式发展的重要力量,新时代对高校党务工作队伍的建设提出了新的要求。立足新时代高校党务工作队伍面临的机遇和挑战,明确新时代背景下高校党务工作队伍建设的内涵和目标,基于内涵式发展的视角,从内部胜任力要素和外部宏观环境这两个层面提出高校党务工作队伍专职化建设的实现路径,从而促进高校事业更好发展。The party affairs team in colleges and universities is an important force for the connotative development of colleges and universities. In the new era and new situation, the new requirements for the construction of the party affairs team in colleges and universities were put forward. The study was based on the opportunities and challenges faced by the party affairs team in colleges and universities in the new era. It expounded the connotation and goals of the construction of the party affairs team in colleges and universities under the background of the new era. With the perspective of connotative development and from the two factors of internal competence and external macro environment level, it put forward suggestions to realize the full-time construction of the party affairs team in colleges and universities, and to better adapt to the connotative development of colleges and universities in the new era.
