多方法缓解飞秒激光联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后早期疼痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察不同方法缓解飞秒激光联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)后早期疼痛的效果。方法:2019年1月至2020年10月在首都医科大学宣武医院随机选取双眼行FS-LASIK术的患者110例共220只眼,其中左眼为治疗眼,右眼为对照眼。将所有患者分为4组,对于治疗眼分别应用冰水、普拉洛芬滴眼液、角膜绷带镜以及透明质酸钠治疗,所有患者均于术后第1天复查,用疼痛量表调查患者双眼的主观疼痛感觉,根据疼痛程度分为0、1、2、3分,分别表示无、轻度、中度、重度疼痛,记录各组患者治疗眼和对照眼FS-LASIK术后早期疼痛的程度。结果:FS-LASIK术后早期双眼疼痛程度,冰水治疗组、普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗组和透明质酸钠治疗组差异无统计学意义,角膜绷带镜治疗组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后使用角膜绷带镜的患眼疼痛程度较轻。结论:术中采用冰水冲洗,术前及术后滴用非甾体类抗炎药,术后滴用透明质酸钠对于缓解FS-LASIK术后早期疼痛程度无明显作用,术后使用角膜绷带镜可以缓解FS-LASIK术后早期疼痛症状。Objective:To observe the effect of different methods on relieving the early pain after femtosecond laser combined with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)surgery.Methods:One hundred and ten patients(220 eyes)were randomly recruited from January 2019 to October 2020 at Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University.The left eyes were considered as therapeutic eyes,while the right eyes were considered as control eyes.The patients were divided into four groups with the treatment with ice water,pralofen eye drops,corneal bandages and sodium hyaluronate,separately.All patients were reviewed on the first day after surgery with the pain scale to investigate the subjective pain in both eyes.The degree of the pain was measured by 0,1,2,3 score,indicating no,mild,moderate and severe pain.Finally,recorded the degree of early postoperative pain in the treated eyes and control eyes after FS-LASIK in each group.Results:After FS-LASIK surgery,there was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the treated and control eyes in the group of ice water,pralofen eye drops and sodium hyaluronate.In the group of corneal bandages,the degree of eye pain with treatment was significantly lower than control eyes.Conclusion:Ice water,pralofen eye drops and sodium hyaluronate have no obvious effect on relieving FS-LASIK pain in the early postoperative period,while corneal bandage can relieve the early pain symptom of FS-LASIK.
