摘 要:采用网络调查法,对42所“双一流”高校图书馆读者信息素养培养服务进行多角度调研,包括入馆教育、讲座培训、教学课程、检索大赛、手机游戏、写作支持、嵌入式教学培训、知识产权(专利)教学培训服务共8个方面,分析其服务内容与形式特性,结果显示,“双一流”高校图书馆整体上比较重视读者信息素养培养服务,内容较为丰富,形式多样化,普遍应用新技术,但仍然存在一定的提升空间。“双一流”高校图书馆及普通高校图书馆应当通过将新技术引入培训课堂,注重趣味性,推荐嵌入式教学等方式做好读者信息素养培养服务,为促进本校学科建设发挥作用。Using the network survey method,a multi-angle survey was conducted on the information literacy cultivation services of readers in 42 libraries of“double first-class”universities,including 8 aspects of admission education,lecture training,teaching courses,retrieval competition,mobile games,writing support,embedded teaching training,intellectual property(patent)teaching and training services,and their service content and formal characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that the libraries of“double first-class”universities on the whole placed more emphasis on information literacy cultivation services for readers,with richer content,diversified forms,and universal application of new technologies,but there was still room for improvement.Libraries of“double first-class”universities and general universities should provide readers with information literacy cultivation services by introducing new technologies into training classrooms,focusing on fun,and recommending embedded teaching,so as to play a role in promoting the discipline construction of the universities.
