引入熵值法的建筑工人职业化评价研究——基于安徽五市调查分析

摘　　要：建筑工人职业化的发展关乎城镇化发展速度、建筑工人的自身利益、建筑产品的质量乃至整个建筑业的发展水平,因此对建筑工人职业化进行评价具有一定的必要性。以安徽省五市的建筑工人的调研数据为基础,从个人因素、工作因素、组织因素三个维度构建建筑工人职业化评价指标体系。采用熵值法对五市建筑工人职业化水平进行评价,得出亳州市和合肥市建筑工人的职业化水平较高,其中社保的参与情况是影响建筑工人职业化的主导因素。为推动职业化进程,提出完善社会保障制度、规范劳务用工制度、重视技术培训等对策建议。The development of construction workers’professionalization is related to the development speed of urbanization,their own self-interest,the quality of construction products and even the development level of the whole construction industry.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate it.Based on the data of construction workers in five cities of Anhui Province,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of these workers'professionalization from three dimensions of personal,work and organizational factors,and evaluates their professionalization level in five cities by entropy method.It is concluded that their professionalization level is high in Wuhu and Hefei.The participation of social security is the leading factor affecting it.In order to promote the process of professionalization,this paper puts forward such countermeasures and suggestions as improving the social security system,standardizing the labor employment system and paying attention to their technical training.
