摘　　要：目的:探讨大型公立医院健康管理中心面对市场竞争的学科建设及运营要点,解决公立医院健康管理中心存在的发展战略制定不明确、运营模式不确定、人员、场所结构不合理等问题,为健康管理规范化及市场化建设提供研究基础。方法:引入商业模式画布分析方法,明确示例目标的建设要素及运行逻辑。结果:根据公立医院健康管理中心特点,以健康诊断、健康管理为业务核心,构建内外部协同的运作模式。从价值、客户、运营、财务等方面构建服务模式,为公立医院健康管理中心的运营发展提供方案。结论:公立医院健康管理中心应整合配置空间设施、设备、信息技术和人力资源,结合健康管理业务流程特点建立专业学科团队。面对市场竞争,公立医院健康管理中心的商业模式应当聚焦学科发展,以提升核心竞争力。Objective To explore the discipline construction and operation points for public hospital health management centers in market competition,solve its problems,and provide a research basis for the standardization and marketization of health management.Methods The business model canvas method was used to clarify the construction elements and logic of operation of the sample target.Results According to the characteristics of health management centers in public hospitals,an collaborative operation management mode was developed,centered with health diagnosis and health management.And the service mode was constructed from 4 aspects of value,customer relationship,operational ability and financial ability,which can provide the operational strategy for the health management center of public hospitals.Conclusion It is suggested for the health management center of public hospitals to integrate the allocation of space facilities,equipment,information technology and human resources,combined with the characteristics of health management business processes to establish the professional teams.In the market competition,the business model of public hospital health management center should focus on the development of disciplines to enhance core competitiveness.
