面向疏散优先的突发事件交通管制仿真研究

摘  要:突发事件的现场情况不明和外部环境会导致受灾范围变化难以确定,威胁着社会车辆在路网上通行时的交通安全。通过优化突发事件情形下的区域疏散交通组织,仿真面向疏散优先的社会车辆交通组织过程,分析疏散过程中受灾区域周围的交通管制对社会车辆通行的影响,结果显示关闭受灾区域周围不同范围的道路未明显影响社会车辆完成的行程数量和行程时间。因此,制定面向疏散优先的突发事件交通管制方案时,如果难以确定受灾范围变化,可通过扩大受灾区域周围的交通管制范围以同时保障社会车辆的通行需求和交通安全。The unclear scene situations and the external environments of the emergencies cause that the change of the disaster scope is difficult to be determined,and the traffic safety of social vehicles on the road network is threatened.Thus,the article analyzed the impact of the traffic control around the disaster area on the travel of social vehicles via optimizing the regional evacuation traffic organization under the emergencies and simulating the social traffic organization oriented to the evacuation priority.The result showed closing the roads in different scopes around the disaster area has no obvious difference in the impact of the number of the completed trips and the travel time of social vehicles.Thus,when developing the traffic control plans oriented to the evacuation priority under the emergencies,if the change of the disaster scope is difficult to be determined,the traffic safety and the travel demand of social vehicles can be guaranteed simultaneously via expanding the traffic control scope of the social vehicles around the disaster area.
