摘 要:地铁系统内如果发生重大突发事件,有可能演变成为群死群伤的特大事故,但极少有针对车厢内部的地铁疏散相关研究。为选取车厢内合适的疏散诱导信息,提高突发事件下的地铁人群疏散效率,在可编辑VR实验平台的基础上,开展100人参与的虚拟实验探究地铁列车发生故障、导致部分车门无法开启的情况下,报站字幕、消防广播、引导员和广告视频等诱导信息对疏散预动作阶段和疏散运动阶段的影响,并对影响效果予以定量排序和定性评价。结果表明:指明疏散方向的消防广播在两个阶段均表现最佳,而报站字幕在两个阶段均表现最差,引导员和广告视频的表现介于上述两者之间且综合表现接近。最后,基于评价结果提出了一种地铁列车内不同诱导信息组合设置方案。If a major emergency occurs in the subway system,it may evolve into a serious accident with mass death and injury,but few studies on subway evacuation have focused on the interior of the train.In order to select the appropriate evacuation induction information in the carriage and improve the efficiency of subway crowd evacuation under emergencies,on the basis of an editable VR experimental platform,a virtual experiment involving 100 participants was conducted to study the effect of induction information,which include subtitles,fire alarms,guiders and advertising video,on the pre-movement stage and the movement stage in the situation of a metro train breaks down and some doors cannot be opened.Then the effect was quantitatively ranked and qualitatively evaluated.The experimental results show that the fire broadcast indicating the direction of evacuation has the best performance in both stages,while the station subtitles have the worst performance in both stages.The performance of the guiders and the advertising video is between the above two and the comprehensive performance is close.Finally,based on the evaluation results,a scheme for setting different induction information combinations in subway trains was proposed.
