摘　　要：为探究创新政策中政策资源对企业创新绩效的影响,从创新政策中政府补助(显性政策资源)和企业资质(隐性政策资源)两个方面出发,以中国深沪两市上市公司为研究样本,综合考察创新政策对企业创新绩效的影响。研究表明:政府补助、企业资质均有利于提升企业创新绩效,且政府补助对企业创新绩效的效用大于企业资质的效用;对于制造业企业、国有或国有控股企业、地区市场化进程程度较高的企业来说,政府补助、企业资质对企业创新绩效的提升作用明显;政策资源并不能在短期内提升企业财务绩效。In order to explore the impact of innovation policies′policy resources on enterprise innovation performance,this study adopted the listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai as the research sample and investigated the impact of innovation policy on corporate performance from two aspects,that is,government subsidies(“explicit policy resources”)and enterprise certifications(“implicit policy resources”).Results show that government subsidies and enterprise certifications are conducive to improving corporate innovation performance.And,the effect of government subsidies on innovation performance is greater than that of enterprise certifications.Moreover,according to the results of heterogeneity analysis,for manufacturing enterprises,state-owned or state holding enterprises,or enterprises with high degree of regional marketization,government subsidies and enterprise certifications can effectively promote corporate innovation performance.However,further analysis results show that innovation policy resources cannot improve corporate financial performance in the short term.
