摘 要:科学的绩效管理方法将促进建筑产业工人职业化转型升级。利用模糊统计法与隶属度分析法构建了建筑产业工人胜任力模型,进行基于二元对称变量的共现聚类分析,在胜任力模型基础上提出了包含专业知识与技能、职业素质、团队特征、发展能力、职业态度、安全、质量成本、进度等八维度的建筑产业工人绩效评价指标体系。并结合建筑产业化政策导向确立了建筑产业工人绩效评价实施模式和绩效薪酬管理方法。基于胜任力的绩效评价体系能够为衡量建筑产业工人职业素质与工作水平提供参考。Effective performance management methods can promote the professional transformation and upgrading for workers in the construction industry.This paper builds a competency evaluation model for construction workers using fuzzy statistics method and membership degree analysis method.A co-occurrence cluster analysis based on binary symmetric variables is used to develop a performance evaluation index system for construction workers,which includes eight dimensions,including knowledge and skills,professional capability,team characteristics,development capabilities,professional attitude,safety,quality and cost,progress,etc..Combined with the policy orientation of construction industrialization,this paper establishes the implementation mode of performance evaluation system for construction workers and the management method of performance compensation.The competency-based performance evaluation system can provide reference for measuring the professional quality and work level of construction industry workers.
