定经汤联合西比灵治疗单纯性月经期偏头痛疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察定经汤加减联合西比灵治疗单纯性月经期偏头痛(PMM)的临床效果。方法:选取三明市中西医结合医院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的90例PMM患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用西比灵治疗,观察组采用定经汤加减联合西比灵治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后两组头痛程度〔视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分〕、雌激素〔促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)〕水平、不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的头痛程度VAS评分(2.43±0.26)分低于对照组的(4.35±0.91)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的FSH、LH水平低于对照组,E2高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:定经汤加减联合西比灵治疗PMM患者疗效显著,可有效调节雌激素水平,促进症状改善。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dingjing Decoction combined with sibelium in the treatment of pure menstrual migraine (PMM).Methods A total of 90 patients with PMM admitted to Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sibelium,and the observation group was treated with Dingjing Decoction combined with sibelium.The treatment effect,headache degree[visual analogue scale (VAS) score]estrogen[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone (LH)]levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);After treatment,VAS score of headache in the observation group (2.43±0.26) was lower than that in the control group (4.35±0.91),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Dingjing Decoction combined with sibelium is effective in the treatment of patients with PMM period,which can effectively regulate estrogen level and promote symptom improvement.
