摘 要:随着垃圾焚烧处理补贴下降,垃圾焚烧发电在垃圾焚烧电厂收益占比增加。为提高垃圾焚烧发电厂发电效率,近年来垃圾焚烧技术有向高参数发展的趋势,目前国内已有一批超高压带再热垃圾焚烧余热锅炉电厂在建。针对参数提高至超高压炉内再热时机组两大主要用汽需求——空气预热器用汽、蒸汽吹灰器用汽选取合理汽源点,既要保证设备用汽需求,又要尽可能减小用汽对机组发电效率的影响。通过对超高压炉内再热项目系统中可用的用汽汽源进行比选,最终选定的空气预热器汽源为汽轮机高压缸,蒸汽吹灰器汽源为低温再热器出口。As waste incineration subsidies decreasing, waste incineration power generation income proportion increase in waste incineration power plant. To improve the efficiency of waste incineration power generation, high parameter waste incineration power generation technology has become the development trend. Currently, there are a batch of ultrahigh pressure with reheating waste heat boiler thermal power plant under construction. This paper mainly aimed at the reasonable selection of steam source of two main equipment using steam-air preheater and steam soot blower at the parameter of ultra-high pressure with reheater. The selection of steam source should not only ensure the steam using demand of equipment, but also minimize the impact on the power generating efficiency of units. Through comparison and selection of available steam sources in ultra-high pressure gas-reheater project, high pressure cylinder of steam turbine is finally selected as the steam source of air preheater, and low temperature reheater outlet as the steam source of steam soot blower.
