运动干预对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸矫正效果的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价运动干预对AIS的矫正效果。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库,收集运动干预AIS的随机对照实验,运用RevMan5.3进行异质性检验和统计学分析。结果纳入5个随机对照实验,共227名AIS患者。实验组与对照组相比,运动干预在改善AIS患者的脊柱Cobb角(MD=-4.77,95%CI:-8.79~-0.74,p=0.02)有较好的效果,其患者具有较好的治疗满意度(MD=0.55,95%CI:0.21~0.90,p=0.002)。而患者治疗的疼痛、功能活动、心理健康及自我形象等方面的主观感觉差异无统计学意义。结论运动干预对AIS患者脊柱Cobb角具有较好的矫正效果,并拥有较好治疗满意度,但无法证明其能为患者提供更好的脊柱3D矫正效果。Objective:To systematically evaluate the corrective effect of exercise intervention on AIS.Methods The databases of(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang,PubMed and Web of Science were searched by computer,and the randomized controlled trials of exercise intervention AIS were collected.RevMan5.3 was used for heterogeneity test and statistical analysis.Results A total of 227 AIS patients were enrolled in 5 randomized controlled trials.Compared with the control group,the exercise intervention had a better effect on improving the spinal Cobb angle(MD=-4.77,95%CI:-8.79~-0.74,p=0.02)of AIS patients,and the patients had better treatment satisfaction(MD=0.55,95%CIR 0.21cm 0.90,paired 0.002).However,there was no significant difference in subjective feelings of pain,functional activity,mental health and self-image.Conclusion Exercise intervention has a good correction effect on spinal Cobb angle in patients with AIS,and has better treatment satisfaction,but it can not be proved to provide better spinal 3D correction effect for patients.
