摘 要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和实验法,对维纳归因理论在田径教学过程中的运用效果进行分析。研究结果表明,维纳归因理论可以帮助学生增加在学习过程中的成功体验,并形成倾向于稳定、可控的内部归因;可以有效的提升学生追求成功的动机,消除学生的畏惧和畏难情绪;由于跨栏、跳高、标枪项目的技术更为复杂,学生在掌握技术动作时更容易产生心理变化,因此维纳归因理论在这三个项目的教学过程中效果更加明显。With methods of documentation,questionnaires and experiments,this paper analyzes the effect of Weiner's Attribution Theory in track and field teaching.The study shows that Weiner's Attribution Theory can help students increase their successful experience in the learning process and form stable and controllable internal attribution habit.It can effectively enhance students'motivation to pursue success and eliminate their fear of difficulties.Because of the complexity of the techniques in sports like hurdling,high jump and javelin,students are more likely to experience psychological changes when carrying out technical movements.Therefore,the effect of Weiner's Attribution Theory is more obvious in the teaching process of these three items.
