摘  要:单宁酸是一种高分子量的水溶性多酚,广泛存在于多种类型植物中。因其独特的结构特性赋予单宁酸突出的化学性质和多种生物活性,尤其对多种病菌具有较强抗菌活性,同时能促进细胞增殖、组织再生和伤口愈合,受到国内外生物医学领域学者的广泛关注。文章重点阐述单宁酸在抗菌及伤口愈合中的研究进展,并展望单宁酸用于麻纤维上制备新型医用材料的研究方向。Tannic acid(TA), a polyphenolic macromolecular, is soluble in water and is present abundantly in many types of plants. Because of its unique structural properties, TA has outstanding chemical and biological activities, especially the broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and the function of promoting cell proliferation, tissue regeneration and wound healing, thus TA has attracted extensive attention in biomedical field at home and abroad. The development and current situation of TA in antibacterial and wound healing and prospects of hemp fiber modified by TA to prepare new medical materials was described in detail.
